Return and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with NanoCartBD. We strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. Please read our return and refund policy carefully to understand the terms under which returns and refunds are accepted.
1. Online Orders
Customers must report any manufacturing defects or issues within 24 hours of receiving the product by contacting our hotline.

2. Defective Products
If a customer receives a defective product during delivery, they must report the issue to our customer support team. Necessary steps, including replacement, will be taken if required.
Customers reporting an issue within 3 days of receiving the product are eligible for free replacement or an exchange for another product.
If the ordered product is out of stock, a full refund will be provided within 10 days.
3. Shipping Charges for Returns
If an issue is reported within 3 days, NanoCartBD will cover the delivery charges for returning and resending the product. Customers must send the product through courier services.
Delivery charges are BDT 60 within Dhaka and BDT 130 outside Dhaka.
4. Refund and Exchange Eligibility
Products must be intact, with unopened and undamaged packaging. Opened or damaged packaging will void refund or exchange eligibility.
Refunds for online, POS, or mobile payments are subject to applicable refund charges.
5. Warranty Claims
Warranty claims require timely notification and sending the product to our office within the given safe period. Delays in sending the product may void the warranty.
Regular warranty terms apply after the initial 3 days of product receipt. Delivery charges for sending and returning products are borne by the customer.
6. Courier-Damaged Products
Customers must not accept products with visible damage or torn packaging from courier services. Accepting such items will be considered at the customer’s own risk.
For missing or damaged items discovered after receipt, customers must record a video while unboxing the parcel; otherwise, claims will not be entertained.
7. Non-Compatible or Unwanted Products
Products purchased from the Website based on descriptions and received without defects cannot be returned or exchanged if later found incompatible or unwanted. Customers are advised to review all product details before ordering.
8. Refund Timeline
Refunds are processed within 3 to 10 working days after the product is returned and inspected. Online payment refunds may take longer.
